Who we are

One Mission Network and Institute (“we,” “us”) operates onemissionnetworkandinstitute.org and related apps (including OMNI OMNI Court). This policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information we collect

• Account data when you sign in with Microsoft Entra ID (name, email, and related identity claims).
• Profile data you provide (phone number, self-reported DUPR, play style, location, preferences).
• Messages you send via contact forms or SMS/text services linked to OMNI Chat.
• Technical data such as browser type and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the site.
• Analytics data (when enabled) via Google Analytics 4: approximate location, device/browser, pages viewed, and referral source. IP anonymization is preferred. Measurement IDs appear in page source by design.

How we use information

• To provide OMNI Court, profile, and related services.
• To respond to contact requests and support messages.
• To understand site usage and improve content (analytics, when configured).
• To improve the site and prevent abuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We may use first-party analytics cookies or similar storage (e.g. Google Analytics 4) only after a measurement ID is configured on the site. These help us see which pages are useful and how visitors arrive (search, social, direct). We do not currently use Google Ads remarketing tags by default. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We may use trusted processors (e.g. Microsoft Azure for hosting and authentication, Google Analytics if enabled, SMS providers such as Twilio for texting). They process data only to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Mobile / SMS: We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver OMNI Court account-related messages you opted into and to operate our service with our SMS provider.

SMS / text messaging (OMNI Court)

If you opt in to OMNI Court SMS account notifications (via our Profile page checkbox and/or by texting START/YES to our published long code), we may send recurring account-related texts about your membership—for example phone-link confirmation, pickleball match availability offers tied to your account, score/profile reminders, and replies when you message us. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per week when you are active; more if you text us questions). Message and data rates may apply.

Retention & security

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your profile data by contacting us. You can sign out of Microsoft login at any time via the site’s logout control. For SMS, reply STOP or turn off SMS notifications on Profile.
