Graduation is non-negotiable: a student does not complete the Forge until their product or service is generating sustainable income and has removed them from personal debt.

Operating hierarchy

One Mission -> Goals -> Objectives

Every project, club activity, voice check-in, and role maps back to an Objective that rolls into a Goal that serves the One Mission. Major initiatives touch all five pillars - Philosophy last so it can critique and integrate.

How people work (voice-first)

Members use OMNI Voice and the web apps to report what they did - not endless forms. Transcripts feed alignment, time categories (productive action vs pure planning), and future ERP sync.

Consilience Engine | vision

One Mission is the north star (Forge). Goals hang under it (often scoped to an app: Court, Voice, Framework...). Objectives are concrete, checkable steps under each goal. The engine's job: read OMNI transcripts + opted-in public socials -> propose mission language, goals, and objectives you accept or edit.
