Public face and future command layer for a new school of thought in education and human organization - five pillars in balance: Physics, Faith, Family, Finance, and Philosophy last - the integrator that asks why the first four matter.
We are not merely improving the current education system - we are replacing its core logic. Students learn by building real products and services in cross-functional teams. Graduation is non-negotiable: a student does not complete the Forge until their product or service is generating sustainable income and has removed them from personal debt.
Five pillars
Order is intentional: build outward from what is real (Physics) through devotion and kinship (Faith, Family), stewardship (Finance), then Philosophy - the reflective last word that keeps the others honest.

Every project, club activity, voice check-in, and role maps back to an Objective that rolls into a Goal that serves the One Mission. Major initiatives touch all five pillars - Philosophy last so it can critique and integrate.
How people work (voice-first)
Members use OMNI Voice and the web apps to report what they did - not endless forms. Transcripts feed alignment, time categories (productive action vs pure planning), and future ERP sync.

Consilience Engine | vision
One Mission is the north star (Forge). Goals hang under it (often scoped to an app: Court, Voice, Framework...). Objectives are concrete, checkable steps under each goal. The engine's job: read OMNI transcripts + opted-in public socials -> propose mission language, goals, and objectives you accept or edit.
